Entertainment Tonight correspondant Samantha Harris welcomed the newest member of her family into the world on Wednesday evening: baby daughter Hilary Madison Hess. Born on Wednesday, Jan. 19 at 11:04 p.m, Hilary weighed in at 7 lbs., 11 oz. and measured 20.5 inches long. She joins big sister Josselyn Sydney, 3.
