published: 2011-08-08 01:31:50 You know that moment when youre deciding whether to follow through on an incredibly stupid idea or bail right before its supposed to go down? As a bored and foolish highschooler, I had a lot of those moments. Now and again, I thought better, put my tail between my legs and bolted, but more often than not, I manned up and plunged myself into an idiotic situation that could have ended in serious injury or arrest. It scares me a bit looking back. Hell, Id probably be less of an adult if it didnt scare me, but those feelings…
Has Caesar from the ape’s planet’s rise’s second clip to lead a revolution

2011-07-19 22:21:57 Author: Eric Eisenberg Last night an extended clip from Rise of the Planet of the Apes was released online and basically sold me on the film. While I had only been minimally interested by the trailers, the emotional element finally came out in the four minute scene and it finally gave audiences a look at the full range of feelings that can be expressed by Caesar, the entirely-CGI chimpanzee played by Andy Serkis. While it isn’t explicitly stated what happens following the clip (in which Caesar viciously beats a man that was yelling at one of his owners), we…
Conan British trailer barbarian

2011-07-05 17:41:47 Author: Eric Eisenberg After what director Marcus Nispel did to both the Friday The 13th and Texas Chainsaw Massacre remakes, I’ve had a hard time understanding why anybody is excited for his take on Conan The Barbarian . Sure, there’s great potential for brutal, bloody violence, but the same can be said about his two prior remakes and how well did that turn out? I suppose it is still possible that he could turn his whole career around (I have never walked into a movie hoping that it will be bad) but the non-red band trailers aren’t exactly convincing me…

2011-05-13 20:30:54 Author: Eric Eisenberg With X-Men: First Class set to be released in less than a month, the last few weeks have been littered with various teasers, clips, trailers and TV spots. Compared to the last few, this week has actually been fairly low on material, so Marvel is here to close out the week X-Men-style. The comic book giant has released two brand new TV spots for the superhero film/period piece and considering each one is only a little over 30 seconds long, they actually manage to include quite a bit of new footage, including a look…
Conan the writer of the remake of barbarian promises R-[Nominalnosti], to you must be Supicious

2011-05-05 02:05:18 Author: Josh Tyler If you saw the first trailer for the Conan the Barbarian remake, which debuted only a few hours ago on the internet, you probably wondered just exactly what kind of movie this was going to be. The original Conan was a hard-R film, full of brutal violence and plenty of nudity. That was appropriate, because, well, the film does have the word “barbarian” in the title. Barbarian’s aren’t a comfortable Fast Five PG-13. But in the film’s first trailer you see a lot of family friendly explosions and slashing swords that don’t connect with anything while…
